At mytaxitulum.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify or cancel your reservation. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clear and fair management of these situations.

1. Reservation Modifications

If you need to make changes to your reservation, you may do so as long as you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time and date.

  • Modifications within 72 hours: If you request a modification within 72 hours of the scheduled service, an additional charge of 25% of the total transfer value will apply.

2. Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance, we will refund 70% of the total service value.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours: If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, the funds may take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control), we will evaluate modification or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
