Welcome to mytaxitulum.com. By accessing and using our website and transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Transportation Services

mytaxitulum.com offers private transportation services from Tulum Airport to various destinations in the region. The service is provided subject to availability and is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Reservations: All reservations must be made through our online system or via authorized channels.
  • Reservation confirmation: Once payment is made, you will receive an email with your reservation confirmation.
  • Modifications and cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations are subject to the refund policy detailed below.

3. Payment Policies

  • Payment methods: We accept payments via credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized methods on our website.
  • Secure payments: We use secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your financial information.
  • Currency: Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and Mexican pesos (MXN). Customers are responsible for any exchange rates that apply if payment is made in a different currency.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if cancellations are made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. After this period, only a partial refund or no refund will be granted, depending on the circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and reservation details. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect information.
  • Availability: The customer must be available at the pickup location at the agreed time. If the customer does not show up within 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
  • Luggage: Each passenger is entitled to 2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage at no extra cost. Additional or oversized luggage may be subject to additional charges. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the transport.

5. Service Responsibility

  • Delays and cancellations: We strive to meet the scheduled transportation times. However, mytaxitulum.com is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, events beyond our control (such as natural disasters), or force majeure situations.
  • Damages or accidents: mytaxitulum.com assumes no liability for damages, losses, or accidents that occur during transport unless directly attributable to negligence on the part of the company.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Modification and cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Modifications: If you wish to modify your reservation within 72 hours of the service, an additional fee of 25% of the total transfer value will be charged.
  • Cancellations: If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service, 70% of the total service value will be refunded. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Changes to the Terms

mytaxitulum.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to customers by updating this page, and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Privacy

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Mexico.
